Most of my friends have got their enlistment letter already, and i have yet to get mine!
ahhh *panics*
I wanna enlist in April!

Must be the Thursday thing. This CMPB Doctor called me on thursday while i was having lecture, so i told him to call me later.. then he didn't call. I tried calling back, but the line was perpetually engaged. I think he was going to tell me about my Pes status 'cause i'm PES D, you see. It's some acute pain in the back of the head problem.
Ah.

This is driving me nuts!

Okay, i hate people pulling my tie and giving me the xia lan face.. it irritates the hell out of me especially when i'm in a bad mood.. gosh! Someone did it today.. and i got very irritated coz i tied my tie not long ago. Ah!

Something is wrong with my method of studying, somewhere..
It's either that or i'm just plain D.U.M.B.

Oh yah. Just realised that i can take 936 home from school after more than 1.5 yrs of taking 97.. Realised that it stops at a busstop near my house.. damn sad right? yupz. i think so too!

wheeeeeee!
Prelims have ended and i've been enjoying myself since last thursday!
Went to watch Pirates of the carribbean (AGAIN!) straight after my bio options paper with Liting, mj & jieyong!! haha..
Nothing much happened that day except the Good 'ol fashion CS at night until 4am with Jieyong and i got trashed again.. Gosh! Stopped playing CS for 3 yrs and i suck at it now. ah.

Friday was spent swimming, suntanning, and Lan-ning at my place with Jie Yong and Shaomin. The sun only came out at 1530 and it was covered by dark dark clouds at 1630.. SiGh! Gonna tan again, soon.. People have been saying that i'm too fair and stuff! "pei pei" "eh, you look whiter every day!"
It's hilarious to see how they kill each other with the lightsabers(Jedi Knight III), their artic rifles (CS) and their Thomsons (Medal of Honour). haha. Was fun! Plan to do it again next saturday!
I plan to have a class BBQ next saturday at my place.. then transport two more computers to my place and connect to my 4-port router for a small lan party! Shall LAN all through the night that day with my classmates.. a 'lil booze and some games.. it'll be cool!

Oh yah, i went to cut my hair today! It was an ass whoopin' 28 dollars! It looks nice, but i dun really know how to reproduce the style.. again.. hahaha.

Oh yah, HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHEW LIAN! Hope you enjoyed the dinner with all of us today! Dun worry about your hamsters yah? I'm sure they will be fine =)))

Hilarious!

So cok man! was telling Cynthia, i wanted to quit school and sell satays (judging from the success of City Satay and another Satay Company in Singapore both of which received some entrepreneurial award, it's worth it).. haha
and she said this..

"hmm i want to open a bakery
and my friend wants to sell agaragar so yeah. we`ll have a whole stretch of shops owned by jc dropouts shall we? we`ll call it dropout drive, and our slogan will be, we might be stupid, but hey we make good food!"

haha.. reminds me of Mr Koh's desire to open a breadshop called ' Bread Diam '. Pun in the word ' diam '
hahaa.. diam in hokkien is shop and it's also 'shut up'.. hahaa.. he wants ' Bread Talk ' to stop talking.

lalala!
i woke up at 9.00am today! amazing right? haha
went for my brother's convocation ceremony at NTU today.. hahaa.. the place was freezing cold! My brother was only given two tickets so my grandmother, my brother's GF and I had to wait for until it's 15 mins before the start of the ceremony to enter.. haha.. fortunately, i met Andrew there and he managed to get one extra ticket for my grandmother.. haha.. So sadly, my bro's gf and i had to wait!! ahhhhhhhhh!!
haha.. Anyway, the convocation ceremony was super grand! The president of NTU, his exco and the professors of the enginnering department were there.. haha.. when the ceremony started, they walked from the back of the Auditorium (in slow motion) to the stage where all of them sat down.. This was followed by a short audio clip of the National Anthem and a speech by some professor.. haha.. he has problem pronouncing his words.. haha.. =P
Then came the most important part of the day, all family members and friends ahve been waiting for.. the award of degrees ceremony.. My brother looked real smart just now! haha.. with the graduating attire and the headwear.. hahaha =P
So proud of him, he got First Class Honours for Mechanical Enginnering!
Gosh, when will i ever get that kind of stuff man??? *Dreams*
hahahaha.. and three years time he will be back at the same hall to receive his PhD cert when his scholarship ends..
My bro rocks! heh! =P

the weekend!

Just got home from Novena church! Went for the Youth Explosion 2003 event and i have to say, it's super boring! We ( Crystal, Paul and I) were 30 mins late and when we got there we just heard some testimonies and some display of all the school flags of the participants, 10 of them - SJI, CHIJ (various ones), AES, Holy Innocents and a few others! The only thing that was worthwhile was the revealing of the Blessed Sacrement, at least i went there to worship God! haha..
After which, there was a life band performance by this Christian band called ' Sonic X '.. They are quite good leh! Only that their songs are quite uncommon (coz the wrote it themselves, d'oh), so it was kind of boring to me.. haha.. I was expecting the famous praise and worship songs! haha! Like Shine Jesus Shine, Shout to the lord and stuff! hahaha.. But nevertheless, they are good! The music was superb!

The Novena procession on Sat was better! much better! about 35,000 people turned up and filled the whole upper and lower carparks of Novena Church! The coolest part was that Novena Church was filled with flower walls! Thousands of flowers stuck to the wall to make the flower wall, stage and the wall on the stage! haha! so cool can.. They even had a giant rosary made from China! Those beads were at least 1m in diameter. super duper big! It was on top of the outdoor stage... hahaha.. The procession started off with the praying of the new rosary mystery.. The Luminous Mystery! Then the mass proper.. With Emeritas Archbishop Gregory Yong as the celebrant.. haha.. during the mass, the homily by Fr. Simon Pereira CSsR, was hilarious! haha.. he came up with a new meaning for SARS => Say The Rosary, Singaporeans! hahaha.. And he said alot of interesting stuff.. things i didn't know before.. hahaa.. like the Rosary is actually called the Crown of Roses. So whenever we say one ' Hail Mary' we are actually giving Mary one rose and when we say one 5 decades of the Rosary (50 Hail Marys), we are actually giving Mary a bouquet of roses.. haha
There was also the crowning of mary with a crown made of pure gold!! Raymond told me that, people donated their gold jewellery and the goldsmith ( crown-makers or whatever u call them) melted the gold and moulded the gold in the form of a crown with jewels on it!
And Emeritas Gregory Yong, with his distintive ' I can't hear you' action started joking with the crowd before he gave the final blessings.. haha.. he said that he was the spare tyre of Archbishop Nicholas Chia, who is now in Rome.. and lotsa other things! hahaha

Friday, was an incredibly hectic day. Biology paper one ended at 9.15 and i slacked around in school and at macs until 12 pm. When i got home, i had to rush to write the mass booklets including the Cover page from scratch ( i didn't even have any sample mass booklets!), and send it for printing and be at CJC by 5pm! Super duper hectic! Thank God, everything went smoothly! haha.. also, we wanted to play ' Footprints', the song written by the SA Arts fac girl last year when she was J1.. haha.. so so nice! but we didn't play in the end coz everyone wasn't familiar with the song.. hahaha

after JC mass and the show was VERY VERY GOOOD!!! Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) was clumsy and stupid in a funny way! hahaha =P He resembles Guybrush Treepwood from Escape from Monkey Island, both are pirates, both are dumb in a funny way and both of them were looking for fearsome pirates to be their crew before they embark on their swashbuckling adventure! hahaha.. Shall not talk much about the movie 'coz some of u have not watched it yet..
Given a chance to rate it out of 5, i'd give it 4.5. For good acting, humour, plot, pyrotechnics! hahaa! So go watch it yah??
I'm so crazy about pirates now that i went to get the Pirates of the Caribbean Soundtrack and i even went to reinstall Escape from Monkey Island! hahaha!

Chemistry Practical!

ah.. back from chem prac.. gosh, it sure was hard.. there were two design pracs! I say again, TWO! TWO stewpig design pracs! And i did only half of one of the design pracs, coz i didn't have enough time! i couldn't even deduce the cation for the damn QA. it stinks!
I think my practicals for both subjects, biology and chem, are damn jialat. I can only do theory but not praticals!
Titration was suberbly, bad! Was told to use between 22.0cm^3 and 24.0cm^3, and stupid me, without reading carefully.. i went to use 22.0cm^2 on the dot!
WaHAhahA.. i think prelims has been bad all the way since the start of it last week.. and i don't think it's gonna get any better, in fact it's gonna get worst..
Have got option papers for bio,maths and chem the week after the holidays and i so totally suck at them!
